On Location with Aeternum (Design Consultation Only)

You have already started your renovation. You have finishes in hand, ideas pulled, and a project underway, but you want a trained eye before you commit. This service gives you direct access to Aeternum Design Studio for a focused block of time in your space, working through the real decisions in front of you.

This is not a shortened version of a full project. It is a distinct service built for clients who need expert judgment applied to a defined scope, in a single day.

This service is a fit if:

You already have a contractor or architect in place, or your scope is already defined
You have started gathering finishes and want a professional to edit and confirm your choices
You need a second opinion on layout or flow rather than a new design
Your renovation budget supports the quality of finish Aeternum is known for

How it works:

Before your day, you will complete a short intake so Aeternum Design Studio arrives prepared: your project scope, current stage, any finishes already selected, measurements, and photos of the space.

On the day, Aeternum comes to your space for 4 hours. We review your design questions and we offer guidance on cabinetry, tile, counters, hardware, paint, and lighting direction. We also review the layout and flow of the space and we offer conceptual feedback.

Within 48 hours, you receive a written recap of every decision made, a source list, and notes on anything to watch for as you move forward.

What is not included: Drawings, CAD, elevations, or renderings; specifications, ordering, or procurement; contractor coordination or additional site visits; permit, code, structural, or engineering guidance; revisions after the session or ongoing email support.

Investment:

$2,000 for up to 4 hours of in person time, plus 2 hours of follow up work to prepare your written recap and source list. Total time invested is up to 6 hours, prepaid to reserve your date.

If you choose to move forward with a full Aeternum Design Studio engagement within 30 days of your session, your On Location with Aeternum fee is credited toward that project.
