Services:

• Programming, Budget and Schedule - We help you establish the project’s goals, a “wish list” for each space, budget and schedule

• Conceptual Design & Moodboards - We establish the overall design direction for the project. Preliminary color palette, design style and key design elements are presented in digital presentations.

• Design - Building upon the design tone set in Conceptual Design, we articulate and develop the design through plans, renderings and proposed selections/designs for finishes, lighting, appliances, plumbing, doors, hardware, furniture and millwork. This process is cumulative, and we review progress in digital and in person meetings, incorporating feedback from our clients into the final design.

• Design Intent Drawings - Once we have an approved design, we we translate every decision into a comprehensive set of construction drawings. These documents are precise and detailed enough to guide the build with clarity and accuracy. These drawings serve as the definitive bridge between design and execution, ensuring a shared understanding of the design intent before construction begins.

• Furniture, Decor & Artwork Styling - We present curated options in your budget, prioritizing semi-custom furnishings that reflect the right finishes and dimensions

• Construction Administration - working with General Contractor and consultants during construction to review progress, find solutions to issues/questions that arise during construction.

• Project Management - creating a single point of contact during the design and construction process, we coordinate and compile all design decisions with other consultants (architect, general contractor, engineer, general contractor) to help streamline the design and decision process.

• Procurement - Purchasing, order processing & tracking, working with vendors & contractors and overseeing delivery & installation.
